What if Membrane Technology is the solution to your process problem?

Technology advancement calls the use of membrane technology for a variety of process application.  It you are not sure if you can use membrane, it is not a problem.  All you have to do is run a few experiment.  application

ELEMENT ROLLING

We design and build customized elements. You supply the flat sheet membrane or you select the membrane we will build for you 1812, 2514, 40, 4040 elements. We build standard elements, sanitary elements, and

We can help you in 3 easy steps

1. Schedule a call to discuss your project

2. We will design a customized solution

3. Design your membrane plant with confidence

Working with membrane can seem intimidating.

I believe Membrane Technology is the best solution that was discovered and invented in the last century.   Let us show you how you can implement a vast selection of membrane for your specific process problem.

What you will get with Filtration Energy Solutions

You understand your process so you may be looking for a solution.  We use your information to select the right membrane.  Filtration Energy Solutions will run membrane experiment, design membrane element, and later a membrane plant.

Membrane feasibility test

If you are working with process solution you got to know that you have to run membrane trials to prove that the process works.

Onsite Engineering Consulting

Some times it is not possible to ship your process solution to Filtration Energy.  So, the best way to select a process membrane is to rent the test unit and run the experiment in house.

Membrane cleaning chemical

For a lot of process and pure water applications it is customary to clean the membrane elements on schedule.  We partnered with ChemTreat to bring you the best membrane cleaning solution.

Process Equipment design

Once you have your membrane trial data the next step is to design your membrane skid.  It is a critical step and we can help you design the plant, the production capacity,

Pilot Equipment Rental

If you are in need of a pilot equipment for 1812 or 4040 testing, please reach out to us and we will send you the spec for our fiberglass and stainless steel 4″ element pilot unit.

Process Element construction

If you developed a membrane or you like to modify an existing element design please give us a call.

Typical Questions

For some typical application you can use standard membrane.   For process application it depends on the feed solution and the predicted operating conditions.

Depending what your feed solution contains we might be able to tell you what type of membrane you can use.  Still, we still need to run experiment.

It all depends.  It could take two weeks to run the trial and another week to get the samples out to you.  If the selected membrane does not work, we have to keep testing different vendor product.

We will need 1 gallon for cell testing and 5 gallon for 1812 membrane element testing.

We collect all the samples in bottles and ship them back to the vendor.

We need to set up a call to find out what type of membrane we will need to use to run the test for you.  We have the experience to be able to tell you if we will start off with MF, UF, NF, or RO membrane.

You can use membrane for wine, dairy, fruit juice, caustic, acid, waste water, drinking water, paint, polymer…the list is long.
